1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of M&C Roof Cleaning's services. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

M&C Roof Cleaning provides professional roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior cleaning services across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided and may be subject to change if site conditions differ from those described.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or card.
  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to commencement of work.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Guarantee

We provide a satisfaction guarantee on all our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.

7. Insurance

M&C Roof Cleaning is fully insured with public liability insurance. Certificates are available upon request.

8. Liability

While we take every care to protect your property, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage that becomes apparent during cleaning
  • Damage caused by fragile or deteriorated materials
  • Weather-related issues that occur after service completion

9. Weather Conditions

Work may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions including heavy rain, strong winds, or freezing temperatures. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

10. Health and Safety

Our operatives are trained in health and safety procedures. Customers must ensure safe access to the property and inform us of any hazards.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
